What is it that fuels you? For me, it’s being a Ground Rat. Ground Rats are military radio technicians. The formal meaning behind Ground Rat is that RAT stands for Receivers and Transmitters. The traditional underlying meaning of being a Ground Rat is that Radio Technicians seem to get their hands into anything and everything like a rat.
